Stephanie Preston Saunders CPHR is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent & Culture at MEG Energy Corp., Stephanie oversees the design and execution of people programs to advance organizational development strategies. Previously, as HR Business Partner for the City of Calgary, responsibilities included providing HR support for various departments and managing workplace investigations. Earlier roles include management positions at Ovintiv and Encana Corporation, where Stephanie led cross-border teams, optimized HR processes, and provided strategic advisory support to executives. Stephanie holds a BComm in Human Resources and Sociology from the University of Calgary.
