Tracy Luan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HRVP at 飞书深诺集团 since August 2021, Tracy previously held the position of VP of Operation & HR at PatSnap and Vice President of Human Resources at Golden Education Group. Before these roles, Tracy was the HR Head for Greater China and Southeast Asia at Hitachi Consulting, where responsibilities included leading HR teams, managing mergers and acquisitions, and implementing global HR systems. Tracy also served as China HR Head at Tac Worldwide Companies and held senior HR positions at Yesmobile China and Syscom. Tracy holds an IMBA from The University of Hong Kong and a degree from Shanghai International Studies University, complemented by educational pursuits at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
