Salvatore Pane is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service Operations EU at Meetic since November 2010. In this role, Salvatore leads and coordinates EU Care services across 14 countries, managing multicultural teams and acting as the primary liaison between the company and outsourced providers in various locations including Romania, Manila, Madagascar, and Spain. Responsibilities include ensuring budget compliance, analyzing performance reports to meet KPI targets, planning headcount transitions, and providing training and quality assessments. Salvatore also maintains oversight of the Italian market as Customer Care Manager.
