Alex Stewart is an accomplished professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the CEO of Ladder since November 2019, where the focus is on innovating construction hiring processes. Prior to this role, Alex was a Client Advocate at BuildZoom from February 2018 to June 2020, leveraging technology to support clients in navigating construction project challenges. Alex's experience also includes serving as a Senior Engineer and an Engineer at Holder Construction Company from October 2012 to February 2018, overseeing subcontractor management and MEPF trades for significant corporate projects.
