Debdoot Mukherjee is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in AI and machine learning. Currently serving as Chief Data Scientist and Head of AI and Demand Engineering at Meesho since March 2022, Debdoot previously held the position of Vice President of AI at ShareChat, where efforts focused on building an inclusive platform for content creation across India. Prior to that, Debdoot was Head of AI at Hike Messenger, leading initiatives to address the challenges of connecting a diverse user base. Experience also includes serving as Lead Data Scientist at Myntra, where Debdoot developed personalization techniques and customer analytics platforms, and a Software Engineering Researcher role at IBM Research, specializing in information retrieval and extraction. Debdoot holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
