Omal Kleyn is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Meeru Island Resort & Spa since October 2017. Omal has held various leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including Executive Chef at Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa and Head Chef during the pre-opening of Intercity Hotel. Omal's expertise encompasses staff training and menu updating, with a solid foundation built through roles such as Sous Chef at both Jetwing Hotels and Kurumba Maldives. Education includes GCE O/L from Kingswood College, Kandy, Sri Lanka.
