Carol denOtter-Todd, CPIA, currently serves as a Territory Sales Manager at Citizens Insurance and has been with Meemic Insurance Company since August 2011 in the same role, focusing on developing the Western Michigan Territory to increase production and expand services for the educational community. With a career at Meemic starting in 2001, Carol has held various positions, including IA Consultant and Sales Support Specialist III, where responsibilities included supporting the agency's initiatives, executing marketing programs, and assisting with the Meemic Foundation. Previous experience includes roles as a Licensed Customer Service Professional at Brian O'Neil Agency and Customer Service Representative/Office Manager at Tom Wilson Insurance Agency, along with management positions in marketing and customer services at Engineering Systems International and Moldflow Pty. Ltd.
