Jessica McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jessica is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Medzown, a precision medicine management company. Prior to that, they worked as an Operating Partner at Sandbox Industries. Jessica also held the position of Senior Vice President, Growth Analytics at Somatus, where they successfully integrated Lumiata into the company. Jessica also served as the Interim CEO & Chief Operating Officer at Lumiata, overseeing executive leadership and facilitating the company's acquisition by Somatus. Before that, they worked at iRhythm Technologies as a Consultant and played a key role in launching the company's first real-time mobile cardiac outpatient telemetry heart monitor. Jessica has also held leadership positions at Singulex and Blue Shield of California, where they oversaw marketing and client experience initiatives. Jessica started their career in the marketing industry at Silicon Valley Bank, Eleven Inc., and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.

Jessica McCarthy has obtained a Certificate in Machine Learning from MIT Professional Education. Jessica also completed the Women's Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Religion and Art History from Syracuse University. In addition, they have been certified as an HBA Mentor by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in 2019.
