Tara Luedke has a strong and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tara began their career in 2003 as an Accounting Associate at Walmart, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they joined Marsh Supermarkets as a Coffee Bar Supervisor for a year. In 2006, they transitioned to Ace Hardware Corporation and held various positions, including Purchase Order Reconciliation Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Content Analyst, and Digital Image Specialist II. Tara worked at Ace Hardware until 2019. In that same year, they joined Medxcel Facilities Management as a Construction Project Coordinator and was later promoted to Construction Project Manager in 2022. Tara Luedke's experience showcases their versatility and adaptability in different roles and industries.

Tara Luedke has a strong education background in the field of business. Tara started their education journey at the College of DuPage from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business. Afterward, they continued their studies at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Tara has also acquired a certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet in November 2019. This certification further enhances their knowledge and proficiency in the field.
