Neal Ward started their work experience in 1996 as a Plumber at Union plumber Meyers Plumbing. Neal worked in this role until 1998. In 1998, they joined Medxcel Facilities Management as a Facilities Lead Mechanic. In this role, Neal was responsible for scheduling employees, creating and managing preventive maintenance systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing innovative changes to streamline work processes in the organization.
