Elena Bilgiç has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Elena most recently worked as an HR Manager at MEDWING starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte as a Professional in Global Mobility Services from July 2022 to December 2022. Elena also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Qimia GmbH from May 2021 to July 2022 and as part of a research project at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. from June 2021 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Elena had internships at Scout24 Group as an Intern in People Services from March 2019 to August 2019 and at Mazda Motor Europe as a Working Student in HR Services from April 2018 to February 2019.

Elena Bilgiç completed their Bachelor of Arts in Multilingual Communication at Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019. During their studies, they also had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus semester at Université Rennes 2 from 2017 to 2018. Following their undergraduate degree, Elena pursued a Master's degree in Intercultural Management (Double Degree) from both the Turkish-German University and Universität Passau. Elena completed this program from 2019 to 2021.
