Raja Kamaraj is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as Associate Engineering Director at Medtronic since October 2013, Raja has taken on leadership roles in global product development, sustenance, and research. Previous positions at Medtronic include Engineering Manager and Associate Engineering Manager, with a focus on talent acquisition and team leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Module Lead and Design Engineer at GE Appliances, where exposure to end-to-end product development was gained, as well as a technical executive at Rolta India Limited and a professional trainer in AutoCAD and Proe at CADD Centre Training Services. Raja holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
