Pat Myers is an experienced human resources executive with a robust background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources Global Operations and Supply Chain at Medtronic since November 2019, Pat has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President for various global HR functions supporting the Restorative Therapies Group. Prior to Medtronic, Pat spent over 13 years at Target in senior HR roles, culminating in Vice President positions focusing on operations and supply chain, and also led a regional distribution center. Earlier career highlights include HR and operations management roles at Mars and The Kraft Heinz Company. Pat holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
