Lisa Zhang currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Medtronic, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this, Lisa accumulated extensive experience at Dow, where from November 1999 to July 2020, Lisa held several senior HR roles, including Global HR Director for the Industrial and Infrastructure business with oversight of HR in the Asia Pacific region, as well as HR Director for Global Workforce Planning at the US headquarters. Additional positions at Dow included Global HR Director for Consumer Solutions and Greater China HR Director. Lisa began their career with roles at The Pillsbury Company and WR Grace. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor in English Education from Shanghai Normal University.
