Goutham Pendyala is a seasoned professional in quality operations and assurance, currently serving as Director of Quality Operations at Medtronic since June 2024. Prior to this role, Goutham held significant positions at HOYA Surgical Optics, including QA Director and Post Market Surveillance, and Sr QA Manager for the Americas, where responsibilities encompassed global complaints management and quality system improvements. At DANAHER CORPORATION & SUBSIDIARIES, Goutham managed quality systems with direct oversight of 17 reports and led quality initiatives while serving as Quality Assurance Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a role as Quality Control Manager at Dr Fresh Inc, overseeing a large team and full P&L responsibility.
