Debra Henrich, BS, RDMS, RVT, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical applications and sonography. Currently serving as a Principal Clinical Specialist and Field Sales Trainer AVF at Medtronic since January 2021, Debra also holds the position of Clinical Applications Specialist at Avenu Medical, where efforts focus on innovative vascular access solutions for hemodialysis patients, including the development of the Ellipsys® Vascular Access System. Prior to these roles, Debra worked as a Sonographer at NorthShore University HealthSystem, Elyria Memorial Hospital, and UC San Diego Health System, accumulating valuable hands-on experience in ultrasound technology. Debra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Management and Leadership from The George Washington University and a certificate in General and Vascular Ultrasound from Johns Hopkins School of DMS.
