Aleli Estrada Scerba is an accomplished executive recruitment leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and education. Currently serving as Director of Global Executive Recruitment at Medtronic since January 2024, Aleli previously held the role of Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Resilience, where responsibilities included establishing an executive leadership talent community and implementing recruitment capabilities.
