Katherine Garrard has been in the workforce since 2002. Katherine began their career as an Editor & News Director at Gorham Times. In 2007, they moved to Barton & Gingold as an Associate. In 2012, they changed roles to become a Stakeholder Relations at POWER Engineers. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Office Manager at MedRhythms, Inc.

Katherine Garrard attended Leadership Maine from 2006 to 2007. Katherine then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Northeastern University.
