Evelina Balt has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Evelina is currently the Founder of MedQ, a smart platform for healthcare professionals. Prior to this, they worked at Vitality, where they held positions as Behaviour Change Project Manager and Behaviour Change and Communications Executive. Evelina also gained experience as a Primary Care Research Coordinator at the NIHR and as a Health Care Assistant at LONDON ENT CLINIC LTD. Evelina has also worked with the NHS as a Clinical Research Fellow and at Revital LTD as a Health Advisor. Additionally, Evelina has served as a Research Assistant at UCL, a Business Development Executive and Blogger at My Skin Story, and a Psychology Assistant at Hippocrates Health Clinic.

Evelina Balt completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology from the University of Essex in 2015. Evelina then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Health/Medical Psychology from UCL, which they completed in 2017.
