Debbie Elliott has over 30 years of experience in the clinical research industry. Debbie started their career at PPD in 1992, where they held various roles including Assistant Study Coordinator, Study Coordinator, Training Specialist, and Project Manager Phase I until 1996. Debbie then returned to PPD in 2002 as a Director Phase I. Over the next few years, they worked their way up to become a Senior Project Manager, Principal Project Manager, and eventually a Project Director. In 2009, they joined Medpace as a Director of Clinical Operations and quickly moved up to become a Senior Director and then an Executive Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Clinical Trial Management at Medpace, starting in May 2023.
Debbie Elliott holds a BA degree in Psychology with a minor in English from The University of Texas at Austin, which they received between 1989 and 1992. Debbie completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biopsychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1996 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Neuroscience (Biological Psychology) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2001 to 2002.
