Leju Yohannan currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sourcing at Medline Industries, LP, leading the Kitting Group Sourcing Organization with responsibilities for Direct and Indirect Procurement. In addition to this role, Leju occupies a position as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at Elmhurst University, teaching courses on Competitive Advantage and Negotiations. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Medtronic, CommScope, and ARRIS, where Leju managed significant procurement functions and category management. Leju began a career at Motorola Mobility LLC, focusing on procurement analytics and cost reduction initiatives. Leju holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University and an MBA in Managerial Leadership from Elmhurst University.
