Katie Halberg is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Medline Industries, LP since October 2014, Katie oversees HR business partnerships for over 16,000 employees across Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions, while leading a team of more than 60 HR professionals. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources and HR Director of Sales, where collaboration with sales leaders was essential for developing strategic people initiatives. Katie's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant HR Manager at Farmland Foods, managing attendance policies for over 1,400 employees, and as Varsity Dance Coach at Knoxville High School. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Monmouth College. Additionally, Katie is an active member of the LGBTQ+ ERG Board.
