Amr A. Ayad has over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service within the logistics and shipping industries. Currently serving as Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader, and Sales Supervisor at MEDKON GROUP since July 2017, Amr has previously held significant roles at the Wilhelmsen group, including Customer Services Supervisor for Hanjin Shipping Lines and Senior Documentation and Customer Services for CSAV Line. Earlier experience includes the position of Agency Coordinator at CWT Gloplink Egypt. Amr A. Ayad holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Legal Studies from Cairo University and an Achievement Certificate in Legal Translation from The American University in Cairo.
