Ahmad Saeed has extensive experience in customer service and documentation management, currently serving as Customer Service and Documentation Manager at MEDKON LINES since June 2017, while also holding the position of Customer Service and Documentation Supervisor at PAN MARINE GROUP since the same date. Prior to these roles, Ahmad worked at Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd. and Wilhelmsen Group in various customer service supervisory positions from April 2007 to December 2016. Ahmad began a career in logistics and accounting at Marine and Engineering Services Company - MESCO as an Accountant from March 2006 to April 2007. Ahmad earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce/Accounting from Alexandria University between 1999 and 2003.
