Tonnie Munene has extensive experience in sales and sales management. From 2008 to 2022, they held various positions in the sales departments of G4S, Echo, Cheki Kenya (now AutoChek), Smart Applications International Ltd, and Medixus. In 2008, they began their career as a Regional Sales Manager for G4S. Tonnie then moved to Echo as Head of Sales/BDM in 2009. In 2014, they became the EA Sales Manager for Cheki Kenya (now AutoChek). From 2018 to 2022, they were the Sales Manager for Smart Applications International Ltd, and since 2022 they have been the Head of Sales for Medixus. During their time in each of these positions, they have been responsible for developing strategic plans, overseeing sales employees, creating innovative approaches for improvement, and developing field sales action plans.
Tonnie Munene began their education in 2001 at The Technical University of Kenya, where they earned an Associate's degree in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education. Tonnie continued their education in 2002, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kenyatta University in 2006.
