Tanja Jotanovic-Carra, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic trauma surgeon currently serving at Medius Kliniken since October 2022. Previously, Tanja Jotanovic-Carra completed orthopedic trauma surgery residency at ALB FILS KLINIKEN GmbH from September 2021 to June 2022, and at Medius Klinik from November 2014 to September 2021. Additional residency experience includes orthopedic trauma surgery training with the Bundeswehr from May 2014 to October 2014. Tanja Jotanovic-Carra also gained practical training in various specialties, including neurosurgery, general medicine, general surgery, and orthopedic trauma surgery at esteemed institutions such as the Hospital of the University of Tübingen and BG-Unfallklinik Tübingen. Elective training was completed in departments of neurosurgery and obstetrics and gynecology at Singapore General Hospital and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, respectively. Tanja Jotanovic-Carra earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tübingen, having previously studied at the University of Banja Luka and Medical High School Banja Luka in Bosnia.
