Ryan Lattanzi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive expertise in data engineering and platform development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Platform at Medium since June 2023, Ryan focuses on cost-effective solutions utilizing AWS and Snowflake. Previously, Ryan contributed to the Detroit Lions as a Data Engineer, where a modern data platform was constructed from the ground up, integrating data from diverse sources. Ryan's experience includes significant roles at Disney Streaming, CirrusMD Inc., and General Dynamics Information Technology, each emphasizing the development and optimization of data solutions and frameworks. Additionally, Ryan holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Gonzaga University.
