Tanya Kollar is an accomplished food curator and program coordinator with extensive experience in food vending at large-scale music festivals since 2010. Tanya currently serves as the Food Curator and Food Vending Program Coordinator for the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, overseeing a diverse vendor lineup and collaborating with local restaurants. In addition, Tanya is the Food & Beverage Director at Lightning in a Bottle and has held significant roles, including Food Vending Program Director at various festivals such as The All Day I Dream Festival and the Mill Valley Music Festival. Tanya's background also includes managing pizza operations for Dave Portnoy's One Bite Pizza Festival and serving as a Culinary Stage Talent Liaison at BottleRock Napa Valley, where coordination and communication with high-profile talent were essential. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
