Clayton Platt is an experienced leader in training, coaching, and development, currently serving as President of Meditation4Leadership since November 2020, where Clayton focuses on strategic alliances and mindfulness initiatives to address racial inequality. As the Founder and Principal of CP Enterprises since March 2014, Clayton delivers customized training and coaching on various topics, including neuro-leadership and employee engagement. Previous roles include Director of Advancement for The Community Partnership School, Director of Development for The NephCure Foundation, and major gifts director at The Philadelphia Zoo, among others. Clayton holds an AB in Economics from Princeton University and is a certified Investment Management Analyst from The Wharton School.
