Alex Kimbell is a seasoned professional with a background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at MediSpend since July 2019, Alex previously worked as a Software Support Analyst at C Squared Systems, LLC from May 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included investigating software issues and providing customer service. Prior experience includes a role as a Correctional Officer I at Vermont State Corrections from February 2012 to December 2013, focusing on safety and security within the facility.
