Jessica Goldberg Florian

Program Design & Implementation Manager at Medisafe

Jessica Goldberg Florian has a diverse work experience in the field of speech-language pathology. Jessica started their career in 2009 as a Clinical Student of Speech Language Pathology at the Ofakim School. Jessica then worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Closing the Gap Healthcare Group and Speech Therapy Centres of Canada, where they conducted assessments and provided therapy to clients of all ages with a variety of communication disorders.

In 2011, Jessica joined the Learning Disability Center as a Speech Language Pathologist, where they conducted assessments and provided therapy to kindergarten and school-aged clients with learning disabilities. Jessica later worked at Beit Issie Shapiro as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Child Development Unit.

From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at the Haifa Learning Enhancement Center, where they provided therapy to preschool and school-aged clients in areas such as language, articulation, and social communication.

In 2017, Jessica joined Amplio as a Speech-Language Content Manager, where they were responsible for researching and designing clinical products and overseeing the development of a digital therapy platform for school-aged children. Jessica also worked as a Learning Programs Development Manager, where they designed evidence-based curricula and managed a team of researchers and designers.

In 2017, they also started working at the University of Haifa as a Clinical Coordinator and Department Lecturer in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders.

In 2023, Jessica joined Medisafe® as a Program Design & Implementation Manager.

Throughout their career, Jessica has been actively involved in research, presenting their work at professional conferences, and staying updated with educational workshops. Jessica has also demonstrated leadership skills by managing teams and collaborating with industry experts and professionals in the field.

Jessica Goldberg Florian completed their Ontario Secondary School Diploma at the Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto from 1999 to 2003. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Language & Linguistics at Queen's University from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they obtained a Master's of Science in Applied Speech-Language Pathology from McGill University between 2007 and 2009.
