Nuno Gomes Duarte has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Nuno first started their career at Tranquilidade in 1999, where they held various roles including Underwriter, Product Manager, and Marketing Manager. In 2008, they joined Açoreana Seguros as a Sales & Marketing Manager and later became the Head of Product and Marketing Director. In 2017, they moved to Seguradoras Unidas as the Distribution Channels Director before becoming the Head of Strategic Marketing at Ageas Seguros in 2018. Currently, Nuno is working at Grupo Ageas Portugal as the Product Marketing Director, responsible for Life, Non Life, and Health. Additionally, they are also the Marketing Director at ²Ñé»å¾±²õ.
Nuno Gomes Duarte has an extensive education history. In 1994, they attended the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Business Management. Nuno completed this program in 2000.
In the same year, Nuno attended the Portuguese Association of Insurers (APS) for additional training in Liability. Additionally, they completed courses at the SAS Institute Software, focusing on SAS Programming and Macro Language.
In 2001 and 2002, Nuno pursued a post-graduate program in Insurer Management at the Portuguese Association of Insurers (APS).
In 2003 and 2004, they joined the Actuarial Group to study Transport Insurance, Large and Industrial Risks.
In 2005, Nuno attended PRISMA - Training Institute for a course in Train the Trainer.
In 2007, they participated in a workshop at McKinsey&Company, where they focused on improving communication and presentation skills.
In 2012, Nuno attended a program at Willis Towers Watson, specializing in Financial Modeling, particularly Generalized Linear Models.
Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, Nuno enrolled in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management's Product Strategy Executive Program to further enhance their skills and knowledge in this field.
