Frieda Ramaekers has over 16 years of experience in sales and customer support roles. Since April 2007, Frieda has served as a Sales Assistant at MediReva, responsible for supporting the sales team by recording and monitoring customer agreements and facilitating commercial activities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales results. Prior to this role, Frieda provided administrative support for the sales process to business and private clients as a Customer Contact Professional and Customer Service Representative, respectively. Earlier experiences include working as a Sales Associate and catering assistant at Slagerij Nuijts, and performing various tasks in the hospitality sector at Café Tinus. Frieda's educational background includes studies at ROC Leeuwenborgh and Jeanne d'arc College.
