Rachel Jones is a Rare Disease Expert at MediPaCe, specializing in patient engagement for rare diseases since September 2023. Prior to this, Rachel completed a Master’s degree in Behavioral Change in Health at the University of Derby, with a focus on research engagement in ethnic minority groups. Experience includes roles as a Strategic Account Partner and Senior Director of Patient Experience at CorEvitas, LLC, and co-founding a boutique agency, swii.ch health, aimed at enhancing rare disease engagement. Earlier career highlights feature a leadership position at AstraZeneca, directing global patient engagement initiatives, along with roles in communications and medical affairs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Liverpool John Moores University, a Master’s degree from the University of Derby, and a Post Graduate Qualification in Medical Law from Swansea University.
