Gali Shani's work experience includes roles in regulatory affairs. They started their career in 2011 at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Associate until 2017. In 2017, they joined Medinol as a Regulatory Affairs Project Leader and later became the Head of Regulatory Affairs in March 2022.
Gali Shani pursued their education at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2004 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree. After that, they continued their studies from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Pharmacology.
