Eugen Levonyuk began their work experience in 2002 as a Research Officer and Software Developer at the Central Research Institute for Water Resources. Eugen held this role until December 2005. In 2005, Eugen joined TH Wildau [FH] as a Research Officer and worked there until June 2007. In June 2006, they also started working at MedInnovation GmbH as a Senior Developer, and later took on additional roles including Research Officer and Project Manager. Eugen's work experience spans various research and development positions in the field of technology.

Eugen Levonyuk completed their education at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, where they obtained an M.Eng. degree in Software Engineering for Embedded Systems. Eugen attended this university from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied at the Mižnarodny Dzjaržauny Ekalagičny Universitet imja A.D. Saharova from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Diplom rer.nat. degree in Ecological Information Systems and Bioinformatics.
