Erin Anderson currently serves as a Legal Assistant at Medina McKelvey LLP since September 2022. Prior to this role, Erin worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Big Valley Mortgage from August 2021 to September 2022, and as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at American Pacific Mortgage from April 2017 to September 2022. Erin's earlier experience includes serving as a Master Sales Agent at Red Ventures from January 2013 to March 2017, where a top 25% ranking and multiple promotions were achieved within five years in telecommunications sales. In the restaurant industry, Erin held server positions at 131 Main Restaurant, The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar, and Eez Fusion and Sushi from 2009 to 2013. Erin pursued education at Central Piedmont Community College between 2009 and 2010.
