Ray Marsella brings over 30 years of experience in the Healthcare and PBM industry to his role as Chief Revenue Officer for MedImpact. Ray leads our Sales teams and partners with others across the enterprise to penetrate new markets and generate new business in an effort to assist the organization in achieving its multi-year growth targets, to exceed customer expectations and to drive strong business results. In addition to being a Sales leader Ray oversees MedImpact’s Strategic Marketing and Business Proposals teams.
Ray joined MedImpact in May 2014 as Vice President, Strategic Relations and was responsible for managing our consultant and broker relationships throughout the country and across all business segments. In 2017 Ray took on additional responsibility for managing the MCO sales team and refocused our efforts to grow our MCO client base. He will continue that work as MedImpact’s senior sales leader.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Montclair State University, New Jersey. Prior to joining MedImpact, Ray held leadership positions in Sales and Account Management at InVentiv Medical Management, Express Scripts and Medco.
