Jennifer Hendricks currently serves as the Director of Health Outcomes and Clinical Products at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., a position held since June 2018, and previously held the role of Manager of Medication Management. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Care Coordinator and Pharmacy Manager at Ralphs Grocery Company from June 2015 to May 2018, as well as a Clinical Pharmacist at Kroger from July 2008 to June 2015, where Jennifer provided medication therapy management and disease state management services. Early career roles include serving as a Pharmacy Practice Resident (PGY-1) focused on disease state management and diabetes education, a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Caremark Corporation, and a Customer Service Team Lead at Amazon.com. Jennifer holds a PharmD from the University of Cincinnati and a B.S. in Chemistry from Marshall University.
