Cheryl Esposito has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of nursing. Cheryl started their career in 2000 as the Director of Nursing at Henry J. Austin Health Center. Cheryl then moved on to work at Rutgers as a Department Nurse Manager from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Cheryl joined CFG Health Systems as the Director of Education, and later became the Regional Director for the Southern Region at CFG Health System from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Cheryl took on the role of Clinical Education Director at MHM Services, Inc. for a brief period. Cheryl then joined Centurion Health as the Corporate Clinical Education Director from 2017 to 2023, and also served as the Senior Director of Clinical Training and Development starting from 2022. Currently, Cheryl is working as the Chief Nursing Officer at MEDIKO.

From 1986 to 1987, they attended Mercer County Technical Education Center, where they pursued a field of study in Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN).
In 1994, they enrolled at Helene Fuld College of Nursing and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
From 2005 to 2007, Cheryl attended Immaculata University and obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Finally, they pursued a Master's degree in Nurse Executive-Leadership from Wilmington University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019.
