Alexandra F. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexandra is currently working as the Head of Sustainability at Medik8 since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sustainability Manager at No7 Beauty Company from March 2020 to May 2022. Alexandra also served at Marks and Spencer for a significant period, holding various roles such as Sustainability Manager - Circularity, Sustainability Delivery Manager, Change Manager GM Transformation (Allocation & Replenishment), Project Comms Stream Lead, and Business Change Manager from 2010 to 2020. Before joining Marks and Spencer, they worked at Petrom as a Change Manager in the MDS Program and Training Coordinator in the LAS Team from 2008 to 2010. Alexandra also gained experience as a Greek Education Sales Representative at Oracle and as an Archive Specialist at the National Archives of Romania.

Alexandra F. began their education at Iulia Hasdeu, where they obtained their high school degree in Foreign Languages in 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Academia de Politie Al.I. Cuza, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Archive Sciences. In 2005, they pursued a Master's Degree at the University of Bucharest, specializing in Administration and Publishing. Their time at the University of Bucharest lasted until 2006, concluding their formal education.
