Nenad Ratkovic

Nenad Ratkovic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nenad started their career in 2001 as a Controling Agent at the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia. In 2005, they worked as a Back Office Credit Agent at Eurobank for a year. Nenad then joined Telekom Srbija in 2009, where they initially served as a Call Center Agent before being promoted to Customer Service Team Leader in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, Nenad worked as a Contact Center Customer Service Expert Associate at Telekom Srbija. In 2018, they joined MediGroup Srbija, where they held several roles including Head of Contact Center, Health Center Manager, and Patient and Customer Experience Director.

Nenad Ratkovic completed their education at the ICT College of Vocational Studies, University of Belgrade from 2002 to 2005. Nenad obtained a degree as a Specialist Vocational Engineer of electrical and computer engineering, specializing in Telecommunications. Nenad also attended the ICT College, studying Network Technologies. Prior to this, Nenad attended Secondary School ETS Rade Koncar in Belgrade.
