Terrie Balcom has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as an Intake Coordinator at Mount Carmel Homecare since February 2018 and at Medigold Mount Carmel Health since February 2012. Balcom's role at Medigold involves populating, accepting, and triaging new referrals through Alternative Services Programs. Additionally, since October 2009, Balcom has held the position of Department Coordinator at Mount Carmel Home Care, managing the Scheduling Department, which employs over six full-time schedulers and facilitates care for over 1,100 patients.
