Lindsey Glass, RN, BS, has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Manager of Utilization Review at MediGold since June 2014. Initially starting as an intake coordinator, Lindsey was promoted to Team Lead in May 2015 and later to Medical Management Supervisor in September 2016, showcasing expertise in diverse areas including CMS audits and implementation of Utilization Management programs. Prior roles include Billing Coordinator at Capital Prosthetic and Orthotic Center, where responsibilities encompassed insurance claims and patient scheduling, and Customer Service Representative at Revolutions, Inc., focusing on logistics and claims filing. Lindsey holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Ohio State University.
