Caroline Connolly is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Services at Medigold Health since November 2011, Caroline leads a team of 7 Account Managers and 30 Client Service Advisors across two UK locations. Previous roles include Client Services Manager, where Caroline ensured adherence to client SLAs, and Account Manager, managing a diverse client base. Earlier career experience includes working as an ESA Advisor at the Department of Work and Pensions, where Caroline improved systems for processing claims, and as Property Sales Manager at UK Sitefinders in Cyprus, facilitating property sales. Caroline also held the position of Rental Property Services Manager at Superior-4-a-Villa, coordinating services for holiday rental properties.
