Frances Gambino MS.LIS serves as the Vice President of Medidata Global Education since June 2021, where responsibilities include empowering Learning & Development teams and partnering with industry leaders to enhance customer success through innovative training solutions. Previously, Frances held multiple roles at Information Builders from 2005 to 2021, including Vice President of Technical Knowledge Management and Customer Success, where achievements included significant improvements in customer renewal rates and reductions in onboarding time. Frances began an academic career as an Adjunct Instructor at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU, teaching courses in Technical Communications and Human Factors. Frances holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Writing & Communication from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
