Manuel Calderon has diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Manuel is currently working at Medicus IT since 2016, where they started as a Jr. Systems Administrator and progressed to the role of Lead Systems Administrator. In 2018, they became the Infrastructure Manager, responsible for managing and monitoring more than 200+ networks across multiple sites/locations. Manuel is also engaged in client assessments, check-in calls, troubleshooting L2/L3 issues, and project management.

Prior to this, Manuel worked at Expetec Technology Services in Novato, CA, from 2012 to 2016 as a Field Engineer. In this role, they provided tier-level support to corporate and residential clients, assisted with IT solution architecture and planning, and installed and configured network infrastructure.

Before that, Manuel worked as an Independent Contractor from 2011 to 2012, where they performed technician duties like ordering and replacing laptop parts, formatting and installing operating systems, and troubleshooting software for customers.

During their time at Brown Mackie College from 2009 to 2011, Manuel worked as an IT Support Analyst, providing support to over 150 staff members using a ticketing system.

Manuel also has experience as an Assistant Manager/Computer Tech at New Millennium Graphics from 2008 to 2009, responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, and documenting processes.

In 2006, Manuel started their professional career as a Data Entry Clerk at Personally Yours Staffing, responsible for generating memos, filing documents, and transferring data into the company's database.

Manuel Calderon's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Universidad APEC, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. Manuel completed their studies in 2006.

In 2009, Manuel Calderon enrolled in Brown Mackie College Miami and obtained an Associates Degree of Science in Information Technology in 2011.

Moving forward to 2022, Manuel Calderon is currently studying at Western Governors University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Cloud Computing. Manuel is expected to complete their studies in 2025.

In terms of certifications, Manuel Calderon has obtained several from CompTIA. In 2013, they obtained the CompTIA A+ ce certification. In 2014, they achieved the CompTIA Network+ ce certification. More recently, in 2022, they obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification. In 2023, they achieved the following certifications: CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, and CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification.
