Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and infrastructure investments. Currently serving as Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets at Marathon Capital since August 2019, Rodriguez previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where a private infrastructure debt investment platform was established that managed over $1.8 billion in capital. Additional roles include Managing Director at Aladdin Capital, where a closed-end fund for private market debt investments was launched, and Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort, focusing on infrastructure sector debt financing in North America. Prior experience includes Vice President at BNP Paribas, where leverage and project finance transactions were managed across the US and Latin America, and early career roles at Crédit Agricole CIB and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Rodriguez holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
