Willie Rencken has extensive experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, with over 16 years at Mediclinic serving as Operations Manager - EIM and BI Manager, overseeing a team of five Data Warehouse Specialists and managing all aspects of Business Intelligence for Mediclinic Southern Africa. Prior to this role, Willie worked at Clicks from 1997 to 2007 as a Data Warehouse Specialist, focusing on developing ETL processes and reporting solutions using Oracle Warehouse Builder and Business Objects. Willie holds a National Diploma in Information Technology from Technikon South Africa (UNISA) and a National Diploma in Information Technology from Nelson Mandela University, along with a Matric certificate from Hoërskool Grens.
