Brittney Richards has over 15 years of work experience in various marketing and growth roles. Brittney currently holds the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) of Growth at Medicine Mama and Redbud Brands. Prior to their current roles, they co-founded Wolf Republic in 2018. Before that, they worked as the Vice President (VP) of Marketing & eCommerce at Frankies Bikinis from 2019 to 2022, and as the Director of Marketing & eCommerce from 2016 to 2019. Brittney also worked as a Manager of Marketing & Analytics at LF Stores from 2010 to 2014, and as a Publicity & Digital Marketing Assistant at ID Public Relations in 2010. Brittney gained experience as a Marketing Coordinator at TOMS in 2009 and started their career as a Marketing Intern at Snowboard Magazine and Brandbase Inc. in 2006.

Brittney Richards earned an Associate's Degree in Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2007. Brittney then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing at the University of Arizona from 2007 to 2009.
